Participant's Guide to Registration

A very quick guide to help you to access your courses, and to show you how to get any help or support if you need it.

How do I get support?

If you have any questions, queries or comments on the course content then you can post these on any of the course page.

If you have an an account query or need registration or technical support then you can contact us via the Support link which is shown on site.

What emails do you send me?

Registration requires an institute email and we use this email to send you the login details, any announcements or platform updates that impact your account, and any course or support emails that helps you to complete the course.

Do I need a course code?

Some of our courses will need a Course Code to be entered at registration.

This is an 8 digit code that participants will need to enter exactly as provided.

If a course requires a Course Code you will have been sent this code at the same time as the registration link.

If you haven't got a Course Code and the Registration page is asking for one pease contact your Course Administrator in the first instance.

Can I use personal emails?

No. You will need to use your institute email.

If you're not sure which email to use please ask your Course Administrator

Why is there a 'Share course progress' tick box on the Registration sign up?

To be compliant with GDPR.

We ask for your informed consent to use your email for the purposes of providing you access to the course and supporting your course completion.

We also ask for your informed consent to share your course progress with your Course Administrator.

If you withhold your 'course progress' consent we can't (by GDPR) share with your Course Administrator your progress and this may impede you getting credited with completing the course.

However, if you withhold consent we will respect your request.
